Guidance of factory

Fukuoka factory

It is the factory which sits side by side with the historic head office and produces many products for existing users who have long relationship with us. In the factory, there are all the production facilities so that we can do procurement of raw materials, mixing of raw materials, blown-film extrusion, printing, bag making and facilitates integrated output. Since it is connected to the head office, in-house decisions and new commitments are immediately introduced to the factory. A new factory was completed in November, 2014. With a true complete sanitary-requirement, it maintains high safety and premium-quality of the products. Also, with mega solar power generation cells using the vast grounds, we are making an effort toward the renewable energy.

As for available forming size: width of 130 - 1450㎜ for LLDPE and 200 - 750㎜ for HDPE, and the length is a maximum of 2500 ㎜. Monthly production is about 200 tons and we manufacture products of wide category from general plastic bags to thick semi heavy-duty sacks which are used for fertilizers and related things. The most characteristic feature is the facility equipped with countermeasures to ensure its insect and dust proof which is unparalleled in the industry. We requested Mitsubishi Chemical Engineering Corporation which has a lot of experience of introductions of the countermeasures and introduced positive pressure systems to all locations except the shipment preparation room and the material storage site. Also, in the factory, we removed all windows completely to reduce foreign matter from outside such as debris and destructive insects. We have only one entrance into the factory. We need to wear special work shoes, wash hands, use a gum roller and take an air shower before passing the entrance.

Chiba factory

The Chiba factory is our first factory to start blown-film extrusion facilities. To mainly satisfy our customers of the metropolitan area, we need a manufacturing capability to deal with big orders. So, we are still making an effort to increase our manufacturing capability every day. Including food-related companies, our users are various. We meet the demand for factories and leisure industries. As for procurement of raw materials, we have succeeded to purchase only good quality materials from all over the world by utilizing our close relationship with many suppliers.

As for available forming size: width of 130 - 1050㎜ for LLDPE and 225 - 1070㎜ for HDPE, and the length is maximum of 2500 ㎜ in the same length as that at the Fukuoka factory. Monthly production is about 200 tons, which is same as the production of the Fukuoka factory, and we manufacture products of wide category from general plastic bags to thick semi heavy-duty sacks which are used for fertilizers and related products, in the Chiba factory, too. We introduced a positive pressure system into the film blowing factory in 2010, and with air shower and so on, the countermeasures against insects and dust are perfect. As for quality control, in 2007, we acquired the Quality Management Standard ISO9001, which is an international standard, and at present, it is used at our both factories. Moreover, we have established a quality management office which has latest test instruments as a department other than the production department. Every day, they research about the selection of raw materials to meet the demand from our users such as improvement of film strength and slip angles of heavy bags, as well as the test for stable quality.
